Windows, windows and more windows!

The fantastic weather continued today and once more the garden and house absorbed all my energy. For the first time this year I cut the lawn. I moved the fallen chimney, no small feat requiring some long levers, a lot of thought, and a fair bit of muscle too! Finally I finished off the day with some more window-cleaning. The fancy German window cleaning machine works OK, but the absolute best seems to be a pan scrub, water, soapy with washing-up liquid, a simple squeegee, and an soft cloth.
The weather is due to change a little tomorrow, cooler but still sunny, but we are heading for the south of Sweden to visit old friends so the weather doesn't bother us as much as usual!
