Botanical Blipmeet

This morning I met up with MaryElizaR, njoyce06, and dfb24.  They have been on an epic road trip together and were passing through Denver.  I went to their hotel and, from there, the four of us went to the Denver Botanic Gardens.  It was a beautiful warm day and we were surrounded by flowers of all shapes and sizes and colors for the next 5 hours.  I thought we might be too late for tulips but they were everywhere and I especially liked this field of purple ones.  Pipersdad preferred the extra.  

It was such fun spending the day together!  We talked and laughed and took 100s of pictures.  After the gardens, we went out for a late lunch before they dropped me off back at my car.  Our time together was too short!  I am grateful for all the wonderful friends I have made on Blip!
