Bikes at Birsay (Day 1469)

I was too warm this morning as I took the woofers a wander up the hill, which is a rather nice complaint to have.
A bit later I zoomed into town to get a bunch of prices for various different jobs and to pick up some parts for another job, then back home to swap the van for the motorbike.
The bike was booked in to get some work done and it was a really pleasant change to ride in warm sunshine. (Extra shot of the bike in bits...) The ride home was even nicer, and once home I gave my beautiful wife's bike a bit of a polish.
HV had suggested a ride out on the bikes this evening and we headed across to Birsay where we stopped to admire the view for a little while. A fine day indeed!
