Pennington Flash

Down south again today. This time the 3.5 hour drive to our northern office in Leigh where I had an afternoon of meetings planned.

Staying at our local hotel just behind Pennington Flash which is beautiful this time of year and hosts so many birds, insects and other animals.

Sadly no running still due to ankle pain and was very jealous as so many runners whizzed past me as I walked around a segment.

Meeting my team and a number of colleagues from other offices for dinner tonight at the Whistling Wren.
