Up and away at early o’clock for the 3 hour drive to Sunderland. Spent the day working there at our production site in and out of meetings.

Left at 4:30 for the reverse journey stopping off at MISC in Edinburgh for a ten pin bowling singles competition.

Won this one a bit more convincingly. This was the men’s Qualifying Singles and now I have the men’s Singles on Thursday.

Home for a gin & tonic.
