Early morning sunshine.

Short blip this evening. 
I took this just after breakfast. 
The osteospurmums were  reaching for the sun. 
I had a rest this afternoon before venturing out to the birthday buffet at 6.00pm. 
It was good to be out, but we came home before 8.00pm, when the birthday cake had been brought in with lighted candles on top, and the customary singing of "Happy Birthday Meg and Milly" had signalled the end of the buffet and the beginning of the  younger ones moving on to the Cafe Bar across the road.
It had just been long enough for me, being my first venture out in the evening. 
Good to see them all and we have known a lot of them since they were knee high to a grasshopper. 
They are a great bunch of friends and family, and always a pleasure to be included.
