the memorial fire

Today it is time to remember those who are with us in our memories. Relatives and friends, who always are with us in our memories. Our own memoriam candle is in our garden under the beautiful apple tree this year.

The candle is there also for other reason: nearby at Ylöjärvi, Metsäkylä, an eight years old boy dissappeared on last thursday evening after school christmas party. He never went back home, and has been searched since.
Some 70-80 voluntary people and police and rescue force with dogs and helicopters have been looking for the boy and there was all this time some -15 - -17 c degrees. His mobile phone did give a signal untill friday, then silence....
Today this boy has been found dead in broken snow cave. Maybe kids had done / digged the cave onto the snow themselves and this boy had left his parents, who also were in the school, after the party, and went into the cave alone. All this in the evening, after the xmas happening. So sad, indeed.

So our candle is for this boy, Arttu Ollila too.
