Clock repair fanatic

Look who we met today. This is Stephen Fletcher. We drove 3 hours to Witney the other side of Oxford to drop off a clock to be repaired. He is on the BBC repair shop. Mum looked him up using her IPad and made an appointment and off we went. Not bad for an 84.5 year old! What a charming man. Apparently the clock mechanism dates to the late 18th century.

We came back via Henley which was beautiful and passed Windsor Castle making mental hello to Meghan and Harry and Archie. We saw Windsor twice as we took a wrong turn.

Dogs were very good mollified by a quick visit to Greenwich Park on the way out and back.
