This is the courtyard at Sophumelela. The billboard is for the Democratic Alliance and its superstar, Helen Zille. Zille is the illustrious mayor of Cape Town. She has no chance of winning in spite of the ubiquity of her signage. ANC solidarity is a powerful force in these parts.
