Work went well and I energetically headed off to a hiit class after work. Apparently that stands for high intensity interval training. It was a bit punishing but it's inside and a safer option in the dark. With a couple of mates it was quite fun (in a black humour sort of way).

Today's gratitude: For libraries and buses. I have a hard-to-put-down book on the go. Today was a bus day which means an extra 1 hour of reading in my day.
