Fast food. Fast fashion.

I'm not especially in favour of either but today I have to do my 10,000 steps in Westfield Shepherd's Bush.

These days entering the car park is like entering The Matrix and taking an unusual turn I found myself below Lift Lobby 4, otherwise known as 'The zone that time forgot'. 

Some 5,000 steps later I found my way to the reassuring doors of John Lewis and later back with three pairs of rather nice shoes that I will probably wear until they pop me in the box. (I have T-shirts I bought at art school that I am still wearing).
