Stick men
I've been sat here watching Line of Duty and crocheting and almost completely forgot to upload my blip for today!
The husband was out today - I'm sure you can guess where! As well as playing for his club team and Lancashire Seniors, he's now been selected to play for the town team too. It seems the young lad wasn't very happy that a grey haired old man beat him! There's obviously life in the old dog yet.
Knowing he was out, I organised coffee and a get together with book club and before I knew it, 3 and a half hours had passed. I noticed a lady from my crochet group and went to say hello. She said she had been commenting to her husband about how nice it was to hear so many people laughing, which is never a bad thing!
The guy who runs the walking tour we went to on Easter Sunday had posted a photo of these stick men. I had no idea where they were but as I crossed the road and looked up, there they were! I think you're always more likely to see something when it's floating around in your subconsciousness. There was, apparently, a third stick man looking down from the top of the building but he was obviously on a tea break.

A day without laughter is a day wasted.
