Lock Cottage

The weather was kind again to us today, despite the dark looking clouds in the shot we stayed dry. We even had the bonus of sunshine while we stopped at the cafe for a tea cake.

This shot is take about a 1/4 of a mile from the downed tree I photographed last weekend, we did just pop up to it to see it had been cleared which it had. Only a few miles away from here we saw a landslide which had taken out a road and the canal bank which is about 30 feet high, must have been scary.
