I'm getting more used to off road driving now and it's actually quite fun when there's no slidy mud to contend with! This is a short cut through fields from one refugee camp to the nearest town to see a doctor. I took a friend who is 7 months pregnant for a scan. But everyone had the same idea, it's the day before Ramadan so was ridiculously busy.
