Art on Wheels

The last time I spotted this 'Work of Art on Wheels' it was parked in downtown Gainesville in an out of the way alley. That was a couple (?) of years ago, I think I blipped it but can't find the entry to link. This time he (I'm assuming here) was in a parking lot on a main drag and the 'collection' was probably half again as high as it was last time I saw it. I'd be concerned that things would fall off as the truck was moving down the road, but it seems 'well secured'.
