About to sail

It's not long now. Dirty grey weather outside but I'm now on the Balmoral and exploring before I have a cup of tea.

We'll be sailing soon, after the safety drill and by the time my football team have finished the game against Watford, we will have waved goodbye to Southampton.

The marvellous patissiers have built lovely scenes from gingerbread. Sparkly baubles and trees abound and it's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas.

Apologies now that I will not be able to comment much. Wifi is variable but I hope to stay in touch.
