Westlegate/All Saints Green Norwich

It was dry at lunchtime to Carol and I took a 30 minute walk to try and blow away the headache. It didn't work, but fresh air is helpful anyway.

Feel the same if not worse than yesterday, and I've tried taking painkillers. paracetamol and codeine first thing. Then ibuprofen and lycine after lunch. Neither touched the pain. I just don't understand why they make absolutely no difference! guess I've just got to wait for it to go away. In the meantime, did very few pensions, so have been pretty useless this week at work. Perhaps with the next head like this I'll just stay in bed. It seems plenty of others do it.

Now waiting for a bus. Been here 20 minutes. One hasn't turned up and it's almost time for the next one, which means it will be full and I'll have to stand. Not great.

Pizza for tea, then bed. Grrr.
