Fairground Waltzer decoration

Walked into town for the first Rock Choir of the new term. Three new songs to learn, the first one being “This is me” from the Greatest Showman.

Rock Choir have been invited to sing at Proms in the Park in September. Both on stage and as a flash mob. So we’ve signed up for that as well as a performance at the Edinburgh Fringe (all being well)

Today’s blip is of the artwork on a fairground Waltzer, part of the fair which is always in Mote Park over the early May Bank Holiday. And my submission for Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg.

Our work at the allotment was cut short by a heavy shower of rain. We were glad of the rain, but it was not very much and it came at the wrong time. We arrived home sopping wet.
