m & mme claus

Les Pilles first thing: called with France and Gérard then Olivier Barlet. Got my case, boxes, duvet etc.

Quick trip to the shops and then back for homemade sausages and lentils for lunch.

Went for a walk with dad and Leo this afternoon to see where Mr and Mrs Claus live :) They're in Mirabel of all places...

Dinner at Olivier and Junette's tonight with their two wee ones, Marius and Elisa...and Dom came too. Started with beef samosas (a Madagascan specialty) which were gorgeous, then green salad with the garlickiest dressing I've ever tasted, followed by roast pork fillet cooked with spuds and carrots, and finally apple sponge and mum's cappuccino pavlova for dessert.

Just in case we hadn't eaten enough, Olivier then took out some mandarin oranges for us to tuck into after dinner!

The whole meal was delicious.
