Oh dear!

On another day of beautiful sunshine we had  boat trip to the Farne Islands this afternoon where we saw thousands of different birds and took hundreds if pictures!  Choosing one Blip picture for today was likely to take at least a week so this is a bit of guesswork.  To be within a few feet of the nesting Puffins was amazing and so I suppose one of them had to be our Blip of the day. There were so many different bird species as well as seals basking on the shore and coming close to the boat to investigate intruders. Our second visit to the islands was no less spectacular than the first time some years ago.  We have included a collage of a few more shots.  I'm sorry we haven't had time to comment today and we are so tired after all that fresh sea air - one of us is already throwing out the Zzzzzzzzzs!  :-))
