Walking in the rain

This morning was spent packing ready for our holiday tomorrow, then this afternoon Mum and I went for a Christmas lunch with the girls.

I'd arranged that we'd go and meet Alan for drinks after work, but lunch turned into a rather long affair for a change, and we literally had time to go home and then turn around and go out again! Unfortuantely, just as we were due to leave the heavens opened and it poured down - perfect timing!

While we were walking, I tried to set the 'Colour Accent' on my camera to 'red' to pick out Mum's skirt, but I've not done it before and didn't get it quite right - this is the end result but somehow it makes quite an interesting picture.

We're home now and the car is partially packed but I don't want to put the xmas presents in until tomorrow. We'll be leaving quite early as it's about a 5 hour drive so hopefully I'll be able to catch up with you tomorrow night as I think we've got wifi where we're staying.
