Great Mini Grape Pies

These little guys are delicious. (And I'll say it even though I cooked them!) The crust is made with a bit of lemon zest and the filling is a combination of grapes from the backyard, sugar, lemon, and flour. Everyone at the Christmas dinner enjoyed them, especial with a squirt of whipped cream to top them off.

Not many more nights for Christmas dinners. Time to get together with the family and stay warm. :)
