Banana cake!

A lovely sunny day, so we got lots done in the morning - JR went to the gym, and I did the washing and hung it out, then cut the grass. JR made a banana cake when she came home, for we had visitors in the afternoon.

Leo and his mum came for a visit. They were keen to go for a walk, as Archie hadn’t been out, so I dropped them off at the Hermitage and they walked through to the Duck Pond. (Extra) I popped home to take the washing in, then I was summoned to pick them up after their walk.

Tea and cake in the sun in the back garden. Our neighbour, he of the drone fame, happened to pop out. He didn’t need much encouragement to get the drone out for us. Leo was well impressed!

Leo is always desperate to cuddle Archie, who of course is rather stand-offish, and prefers to come round in his own good time. Note the look of slight desperation as he realises he's trapped in the car with Leo in very close proximity.
