Blanken

Our eldest daughter had a favourite blanket called Blanken. I think it’s cute when children have a favourite bedtime toy.

Here is my growing creation, a temperature blanket inspired by blippers Lee and Louise. I love sitting down each evening to do my day’s row, depending on the maximum for the day. It is nothing like I imagined when trying to choose the colours which blended in ( in the shop). It’s very calming and takes about half an hour to do a row.

We had our first frost this morning. I get a weather report every morning when Bob brings me a cuppa in bed. I’m lucky.
