TARGET
I’m starting to worry about my 15 mile walk challenge in only 3 weeks!! Since skiing and with work worries my training went on hold and now I’ve got to up the anti!!! This week I’ve tried to walk a distance every other day. Today I beat my target...but I’m still only up to 5 miles. Although I felt ok after it. Next step 7 miles.....although looking at the quite below maybe I should set it at 8 miles then 10 and 12 then I think I’ll be ready.
