Callala
A lovely sunset welcomed us at Callala for the first evening. It had been a long drive from Sydney in heavy traffic and then a wait of an hour and a half at the Greenwell Point Chippy. Crikey I don't think it was worth waiting that long for. There was one chap taking orders (probably the owner) and he was hopeless. The women behind the scene got the orders out pretty quickly though. Still it was nice to leave the city and smell that salt air and go to sleep with the gentle sound of the waves lapping the shore.
The extra was the full moon rising at Callala Bay jetty.
