Epic

We just had an enormous storm blow in as I was leaving work.  As I type this there are still flashes of lightning outside.  I stopped at the Canoe Pool before it hit and managed a few shots but then it started to bucket down and I thought I better to go home.  Well the lightning bolts were hurtling all around I had the radio on loud enough to mostly drown out the thunder but it was a hairy trip home to say the least.

My storm chasing friends on facebook gave up too so that will give you an idea of just how ferocious it was.
