Wednesday winners

A busy day that finished with the annual Demirkaan Asetey RC'76 Art Competition award ceremony,  in the theatre foyer gallery.  A brief but meaningful event that began with RC Singers performing two songs, then an intro from me and then the judges, once introduced, announced this year's winners.  For the first time in eighteen years, all three judges are ex students of the school (and mine!!) who now earn their crust through art and design. Two of them are previous winners of this competition. I'm feeling old.

On the kitty front, this was the first time that I left all doors open this evening, with teenage mum cat wandering the apartment and Harry and Gentle, tolerating this temporary guest and her offspring. 

On the weather front, today was the first time that it was actually sunny and uncomfortably warm.  It seems Spring has sprung.
