Went out east in the morning for a spin by mesen and bumped into fellow cyclist mrsmith on a quiet country lane for a natter. And then after an afternoon at home, went out with justsitting for some miles in Midlothian over teatime/early evening. A double ride day, hardly ever happens. Unsurprisingly quite weary now, but, obviously, all good!

There was a version of a Nirvana track in the play I went to the other night. I've since been explaining to my eldest why me and her mum liked that band and their troubled lead singer so much back in the day. I *think* she gets it. I had 'Nevermind' on as cooking music as well tonight. Oh boy!
