Happy Easter...

Phew!  Finally catching up with blip after a whirlwind few days!  You can catch up starting HERE should you wish :-)

Another beautiful day.  

David and Adrian walked Lola whilst Agnes and I started preparing breakfast. They headed home just before 2.00pm with poor Agnes's hay fever symptoms still playing havoc with her eyes and nose.  

Alan headed off out and David and I went out to the garden to start getting the Gin Palace put together again.  Thankfully the wood preserver on the floor is now dry.

Lola has really enjoyed the garden this week as she's still on lead walks (freedom after Tuesday) but can be off lead in the garden.  After an initial burst of running around she was content to sit and chew a toy or lie down and snooze.

David managed to get all the lights strung up in the GP as well as the majority of the wall decorations and bunting.  Got the sofa and cushions back in too before we ran out of time as Alan was going swimming and David helps out.

We had lovely steaks for dinner and as well as trying to get blip up to date, I've also been organising a get together with my friend Fiona who's home from New Zealand so we're off to Broughty-Ferry tomorrow to meet up with her at her mum and dad's then go out for lunch.

Really looking forward to seeing her parents.  I've seen her mum recently but haven't seen her dad since I was 17 so really looking forward to the visit.

Was hoping to catch up with journals but now it's after midnight so time for bed.
