I went out on the bike for the afternoon - up The Granites, down to Innerleithen and back via Peebles and The Meldons. It was very hot and it felt pretty hard and when I arrived home I was extremely tired. There may have been a bit of language involved en route as well.

But, I did have a bit of a sing to myself along the way...
