Show Time.

One of our local YFC Clubs still holds an Annual Show and Sale although the sale part no longer takes place. However this club have classes for beef and dairy calves , sheep, pigs and poultry plus handicrafts too. Quite an achievement. The Show is held in the car park of a Pub in the center of the Village just as it has for several decades now. See extras for other aspects of it. It never ceases to amaze me just how hard working and dedicated these children are.

I was honoured to be asked to judge some of the handicrafts this year which I did the evening before. Again the standard was very high and lots of entries too. Just terrific.

After all this in the evening we all gathered for a Dinner Dance and the giving out of the trophies won earlier in the day. Can it get any better than this?
