LILAC

Had to go up to  the Hôtel de Ville this morning to get my new ID card "updated electronically" whatever that means? Keeps me fit & keeps them happy!

Later on I went out again to buy lamb chops for supper & on the way home I came across these gems -  inhaled up close & I was instantly four years old in my grannie's garden. Funny how smells can induce time travel!
