Ladder in motion

It’s a glorious day, which I mostly waste on reviewing the first version of the audio book. There’s a lot to fix ;(

Claire and I move some Bluebells to above the chickens. It won’t be long til the woodland is carpeted in blue.

I meet Boron at the Penicuik Storehouse where he’s wiring up lots of ceiling lights. It looks like an interesting community project that has subsumed Roger’s shop. Time to try it as a retail outlet.

We take the van to Ikea and collect a worktop and a bookshelf for the Kinghorn flat. I’ll need to trim the worktop tomorrow. And then find a way of transporting it.

Back home it’s G&T in the sun with Claire. And a very nice, creamy chicken and spinach pasta.
