Nasvidenje Slovenia

Goodbye. We’re at the airport waiting for our flight, which gets in after midnight. It isn’t even announced yet here at the tiny airport. We spent the morning relaxing in the square and along the harbour at Piran before taking the coach back to Ljubljana. Beautiful scenery all the way up, the airport is so close to the mountains. If I had to sum up Slovenia it would be “ wholesome”.
