Spud-I-Like

I had a foot long Subway sandwich for lunch today, so for dinner I was just going to have a baked potato. Looking in the vegetable rack this was the only potato left and to be honest I just couldn't bring myself to chuck him in the microwave. He looked far too happy to cook, slice open and fill with hot baked beans and cheese.

Maybe I'm just getting soft in my old age. Or maybe it's just some Christmas spirit kicking in.

I had pasta instead.
