Free gift

Another windy, cold, dreich day - so chilly that, rather than get out for an evening walk, MrM and I decided to sit in the 'Music room' for a while to warm up!
Mid-April, eh?!

A morning of domestic stuff followed by an afternoon in the living room filling holes in the woodwork. Good to chat on the phone with Lu this evening.

These dwarf lupins, eight altogether, were a 'free gift' with an online order of cyclamen bulbs. When they arrived last week, they didn't look very promising, but after a week of pampering in the porch they're looking as though they may live to grow up. I'll put two or three into pots as they're MrM's favourite flower, but suspect that I'll give the others to a friend who has a garden.
