Canalside

A morning spent doing housework (guess who's having visitors later in the week?) and then visiting friends in the afternoon. On my way home, I stopped alongside the Forth and Clyde Canal to snap a few photos for my Blip journal.

Was quite taken with these pretty little flowers (don't know what they are!) on the canal bank and thought I'd post a photo of them.

Imagine my delight, then, to read an email shortly afterwards saying the latest WildFlowerWeek 'challenge' was now open! That definitely made my mind up.
