Wynd

As one enters Cumbernauld Village, one of the traffic islands there is ablaze with daffodils and I've had it mind to photograph these at some point. With the daffodils just about everywhere getting past their best, I decided to go down this evening and try to get the shot I want.

The building in the background was originally one of three churches in the Village. Only the Church of Scotland parish church remains and the building in the photo, with its bell-tower still intact, is now the Village Hall.
