Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

Lonicera tatarica

Native to Siberia, and a noxious weed in North America, here it makes a rather nice garden bush which flowers early.  It was another of the bargain priced bare root trees/shrubs (along with the Amalanchier and the Rosa glauca).

We've been cowering indoors all day, as it is bitterly cold, and rained/hailed on and off all morning.  The sun came out in a watery way during the afternoon, but it hasn't made any impact on the air temperature.
