Saturday: Palm Trees And Art

A certain someone, named Booky, forgot to change the alarm from early weekday to not quite so early weekend so we were awake earlier than we had intended...........

At breakfast, we met up with Mary and Rich, whom we are meeting here for the weekend. They normally live in upstate New York but are out here as Rich has a conference over this way. It's been a number of years since we saw them and it's lovely to be here together.

We've really enjoyed exploring Napa - it's a great little town. We really liked the Oxbow Market - I suspect that we may be amongst the few people who come to wine country and end up beer tasting...........

Great (and very warm) day followed by a lovely dinner in Yountville followed by a nightcap back in Napa.
