Returning to J’s last night, we were astonished to glimpse this rare beast above us in Old Brompton Road. Is it a vulture, eagle, monster bat? Some rich man’s exotic pet?

Perhaps it had escaped the nearby penthouse at One Hyde Park, shown in the extra (“The property tycoon Nick Candy is demanding £150,000 a week rent for his two-storey penthouse at One Hyde Park, which would be the highest price yet paid by a tenant in Britain”).

So here you have 2 Silly Saturday blips for perusal. Meanwhile I am going down for my breakfast bowl* of coffee (*dear J bought it for my occasional visits!). A trip on the Thames Clipper is planned, but tbc.
