From one tree to another

The dust from the Big Move is beginning to settle resulting in:

1. a need to dust the house - ha!
2. creative juices beginning to thaw out
3. refocusing on some artsy projects pushed to the back burner
4. getting more work done, filling in several blank slates
5. no longer feeling like I need to get on I-5 North and keep driving

Today's scenery was especially picturesque with the snowy interlude we enjoyed this morning. Big, fat snowflakes came down on us for about half an hour. I walked over to gaze at the snowfall from my front window, which is where our Christmas tree sits.

When my eyes landed on the beautiful evergreen just outside, it seemed for a moment that it too was decorated with holiday lights! But -- it was simply the lights from my indoor tree sharing its colorful glow with the outdoor tree.
