Sitting pretty
Backblip-Tuesday
Spotted the sparrowhawk sitting on the fence first thing this morning. It sat there for a while, stretched and then disappeared down the burn.
A much nicer day with plenty sunshine.Warm enough to sit outside in the afternoon and have lunch.
David went to Dingwall to drop off some fabric to a lady who is making the referee sleeves. He caught the bus and had enough time to go to Tesco to buy lunch and dinner, a walk to ferry point and catch the only bus back at just gone 12.
Phoned my Mum and Dad.They had a new carpet fitted a few weeks ago and are pleased with it and the workman were good, no problem, so that was good news.
Pottered in the garden which is a mass of blooms with everything in flower at the same time. The bees were busy on the blossom. The bluetits were taking moss and feathers into the nest box and the pine marten was out and about.
We had a very tasty milkshake using the milk and Honeycomb Black isle icecream,a real treat :)
