Sally Mair - Loving life

Hellebore

This is the hellebore, Sally's Shell, which I blipped in the snow last month. It's made a good recovery and I'm enjoying the rich colour just outside the bedroom window.
We went to Dundee today to catch up with A & S. He's had some not very good test results, so it was nice to spend time with them. We then headed across to Perth to drop some things off at an auction room, thanks to being forewarned I managed to avoid the queues at the start of the A912 aided by a timeous 3 point turn and crossing the Tay at Kinnoull instead.
On our way back south we stopped in at Kinross and paid a visit to the CHAS shops and a very good coffee shop there. I hadn't realised what an interesting wee town Kinross is. Some lovely closes and wee buildings but sadly when I came to blip this evening I realised I'd failed to take any pictures... Duh!
Home in time to help A out with some viewings this evening and we also have her cats overnight, Cleo is not impressed and is taking it out on me by being very bad tempered.
Not as good day today for walking, only 4000 steps but it's a new week tomorrow so my target of 5/7 was met.
I don't think I've failed on any week in the 48 weeks I've been walking.
