Sha Raku En

The Japanese Garden at Cowden.

It was a lovely sunny day for our trip to the Japanese garden. The garden is beautiful (though not very big) and I think in the coming months when shrubs flower and leaves change colour in autumn it will be even more beautiful. Unfortunately we were probably a bit early in the season to see much colour.

Delicious food in the tearoom however, they were not quite prepared for the lunchtime rush so it got a bit chaotic.

Stopped at Sterling Mills on the way home and got some bargains in the Nike and Adidas shops.
