Right back at you, winter

Oh gosh, it was back to winter today. Freezing this morning, and snowing. And the snow kept at it all day, and was swirling around in the wind. It wasn't much fun dragging a case to the station in mid afternoon. There was actually more snow as we went south (and further inland), but by the time we passed through Tampere the snow was turning to rain. Back in Helsinki, it was more or less dry, although it had been raining all day, as I headed to my hotel. A quick trip to K for some snacks, and I'll soon be tucked up in bed. I'm meeting someone for breakfast, so I had better keep my eyes sharp.

A great end to our wee retreat/training course for PhD students. A privilege and fun to be involved.
