Carbon Landscape

I was helping out at a photography workshop for the carbon landscape project today. We had some very enthusiastic and creative young people out with us in the sunshine at Risley Moss.  Most of my pictures were taken after they had finished, and I was obviously in a macro frame of mind!

More info about the project is available at https://carbonlandscape.org.uk/  As well as habitat restoration on a series of sites across the former coalfields of South Lancashire and the rare surviving fragments of mosslands, the project is encouraging people to engage in a creative way with the landscape.
