Bluebells

I was surprised to see this small cluster of bluebells today. They are the first I have seen this year and seemed a bit incongruous with the cold, wet day we are experiencing.

I thought winter had finally returned when the ice had to be scraped off car windscreens this morning. The train network had apparently come to a standstill with cancellations and delays ,
as the train lines could not cope with ice on the tracks.

Decided to return to the gym this morning and did my first zumba class in almost three weeks. After coffee and chats with friends, I spent a relaxing hour in the spa area . I decided against swimming today even though the pool was empty and the temperature seemed right. Next week maybe.
