More Textures

Spotted this lichen covered tree trunk in the woods - the early sunlight picking out the texture nicely and also making it glow.

A couple of extras today - first one is of some bluebells in the hedgerow - a lovely vivid colour in the sunlight.

Second extra must rate as ‘my most bizarre find of the year’ so far. Just inside the woods there are a few drain covers and today on one of them was a cereal bowl with some milk left in the bottom and next to it the lid from a disposable coffee cup.

My theory is that the owner of said items was beamed into an alien spaceship with just a spoonful of sugar puffs and a cup of coffee. Why they were eating them in the woods is a bigger mystery..
